All products are designed and crafted in our studio in Toronto, Canada.
What materials do you use?
Our 3D-printed products are made from high-quality PLA, a biodegradable and non-toxic material derived from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane.
Are your products safe for children?
Our products are designed primarily for older children and adults (ages 6+). While durable, they are not intended to be used as toys for toddlers and should not be chewed or handled roughly by young children.
How should I care for my product?
To keep your item in its best condition:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- Keep away from extreme heat
- Clean gently with a soft cloth or small brush when needed
Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

- Canada: 2–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.
Shipping costs
- At this time, we ship within Canada only. Flat-rate shipping within Canada
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as within 24 hours after placing it.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied.
To request a return, please contact us through our contact form and include your order number.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Include your name and order number inside the return package
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
