Legal Notice and Product Use Disclaimer

This Legal Notice applies to all products purchased from Aurelis Design Studio. By purchasing, receiving, handling, installing, displaying, modifying, or using any product sold by Aurelis Design Studio, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Products sold by Aurelis Design Studio are provided for general consumer, decorative, hobby, prototype, display, or non-critical use unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable, safe, and appropriate for their intended use. The customer is expected to take all necessary precautions when handling, installing, displaying, modifying, storing, or using any product purchased from Aurelis Design Studio.

No Guarantee of Fitness for Specific Use

Aurelis Design Studio makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any product is suitable for a specific purpose, application, environment, load, condition, or use case unless expressly confirmed in writing by Aurelis Design Studio.

Products should not be used in any application where failure, breakage, misuse, or improper installation may result in injury, death, property damage, financial loss, or other harm.

Safety Precautions

Customers must inspect all products before use and are responsible for using appropriate care, supervision, protective equipment, mounting methods, installation practices, and safety precautions.

Customers must not use products in unsafe, unintended, excessive, altered, modified, or high-risk applications. Any modification, alteration, misuse, improper handling, or improper installation of a product is done solely at the customer’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelis Design Studio, including its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and suppliers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, handling, installation, modification, storage, or inability to use any product sold by Aurelis Design Studio.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, production delays, third-party claims, or any other loss or damage, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or any other legal theory.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using products from Aurelis Design Studio, the customer acknowledges that they assume all risks associated with the use, handling, installation, modification, and application of the products.

The customer agrees that Aurelis Design Studio is not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, or claims resulting from improper use, unintended use, unsafe use, lack of supervision, failure to inspect, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow reasonable precautions.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelis Design Studio, including its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and suppliers, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, or demands arising out of or related to the customer’s use, misuse, resale, installation, modification, handling, storage, or application of any product purchased from Aurelis Design Studio.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelis Design Studio’s total liability for any claim relating to a product, order, service, or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

No Waiver

Any review, response, replacement, accommodation, or customer support provided by Aurelis Design Studio does not constitute an admission of liability, acceptance of responsibility, or waiver of any rights, limitations, disclaimers, or protections set out in this Legal Notice or our Terms and Conditions.
