Return Policy

At Aurelis Design Studio, all products are custom-manufactured using 3D printing based on specific customer requirements. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy as outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect fit or sizing
  • Customer-provided design errors
  • Misuse or unintended application of the product

By placing an order with Aurelis Design Studio, you acknowledge and accept that custom products cannot be restocked or resold, and therefore are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing issue, or if you receive an incorrect item, Aurelis Design Studio will, at its discretion, provide a replacement of the original item.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Replacement is the sole remedy for defective or incorrect products.

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Inspection Requirement

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery. Failure to report an issue within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered.
