At Aurelis Design Studio, we make every reasonable effort to process, package, and ship orders within the timeframe provided at checkout, in your order confirmation, or otherwise communicated to you in writing.
Order Processing
Many of our products are custom-manufactured or made-to-order. Processing times may vary based on product complexity, production volume, material availability, equipment availability, and order queue.
Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably possible.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Aurelis Design Studio.
Aurelis Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, labour disruptions, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, holidays, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and make any necessary arrangements to receive the package.
Shipping Carriers
Aurelis Design Studio uses third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Risk of Loss and Transfer of Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss, theft, delay, or damage transfers to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Aurelis Design Studio is not liable for any loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or damage that occurs after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Aurelis Design Studio is not liable for damages caused during shipping. However, we will review shipping-related concerns on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, assist with reviewing the circumstances or supporting a carrier claim where appropriate.
Any assistance provided by Aurelis Design Studio does not constitute an admission of liability or a waiver of this Shipping Policy.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@aurelisdesign.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
- A description of the issue
- Any carrier tracking information
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit or prevent our ability to review the issue or assist with a carrier claim.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Aurelis Design Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, additional shipping costs, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is reshipped.
Package Theft and Unattended Deliveries
Aurelis Design Studio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or removed from the delivery location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping location is secure and suitable for receiving deliveries.
Force Majeure
Aurelis Design Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labour disruptions, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, equipment failure, power outages, governmental actions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelis Design Studio’s liability for any shipping-related claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Aurelis Design Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, production delays, or third-party claims arising from shipping delays, damage, loss, or delivery issues.
